Testing in automated manufacturing
Omni Control offers complete solutions in optical testing and measurement systems for quality assurance systems in highly automated production environments. These systems predominantly utilize the technologies of image processing and lasers.

Surface Inspection is one of our main areas of expertise.. Depending on the specific requirements, state-of-the-art high-speed laser scanners can be used in addition to conventional image processing technology. With this technology, surface defects in the m m range can be reliably detected.
Multi Camera Systems can be used in order to test complex mechanical assemblies in detail. We have systems in the field that utilize in excess of 30 cameras which implies high requirements to both image acquisition and image processing.
This technology will be used depending on specific requirements and tasks.
